Comfortable accommodation with particularly pleasant staff who care about cleanliness and service. Exceptionally comfortable bed, compact room with a lovely view of the sea. Amazing, incredible location in the shopping area.

Great location in Lorne next to the shops, the beach, town and hinterland and restaurants, beach front ones too. Also, out to the tennis court. The rooms with a balcony.

Appreciated my time at the hotel, thank you. I had reasonably spacious room to myself with great views & a high level of cleanliness and air con units. The staff was very very nice, honest. This location was great, near nearby restaurants and shops, town centre for shops, coffee shops and eateries and pubs. I ate in the casual restaurant nearby.

The service is well-organised with free parking available and outstanding meals. Make sure to get apartment with garden view, really nice toiletries and a balcony. The staff is incredibly nice and consistently courteous.

Had light filled and decent sized room, it included a mobile and a toaster. Its location was very central, right next to The Lorne Pier.

Very positive stay for a family vacation. Clean hotel in a nice building just off the Gold Coast and shops, cafes and pubs. Awesome, stunning location near the center of property. Besides, very convenient to The Lorne Pier.

The room was airy and spacious with really nice toiletries, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The service was exceptional and the pool was heated. Didn't need to pay for laundry, housekeeping, and ironing, good bonus too. This was an awesome location not far from restaurants and cafes as well as Close to the beaches.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was rather slow.

possibly the best and comfortable stay on holidays. neat unit with a microwave, a coffee maker and refrigerators. very central location to the local resturants. also - really close to local shops and restaurants and a super clean.

It had best possible and top location near to beach, restaurants, Cape Otway National Park and beautiful Lorne for 1 night. Plus, it had easy access to Erskine River Mouth.
